Direct Billing Insurance

Dubai

At our wellbeing centre in Dubai, we accept direct billing through the insurance companies:

Abu Dhabi

At our wellbeing centre in Abu Dhabi, we accept direct billing through the insurance companies:

  • Cigna

If your medical insurance is not provided through one of our accepted insurance companies, all claims will need to be submitted by you to your insurance provider. To assist with this, we will prepare your reimbursement form for you to forward to your insurer, helping you focus on your treatment.

We would recommend that you check the coverage provided by your private insurance provider – different policies provide different levels of coverage. Some providers require a referral from your family practitioner or a psychiatrist.

Direct Billing - With some insurers we simply require your Emirates ID card details and we bill the insurer directly for your treatment.

Other insurers require you to pay us directly and then complete a form to receive a reimbursement for your claim – we can provide the relevant details on any such claim form to assist you.

If you do have health insurance, please check the level of your mental health cover included with your insurer.

Self-pay

If you don't have relevant medical insurance, sessions would be provided on a self-pay basis. Payments can be made via cash, debit or credit card. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.
