Why Working in Aspris Outreach Services, Supporting Students of Determination, Is So Rewarding.
Working within a team of professionals supporting Students of Determination (SOD) is extremely rewarding. Valuable job satisfaction can be gained working with children and young people who have in the past perhaps never been given the opportunity to learn.
Aspris outreach services provide a range of roles and services where a person can gain valuable experience and job satisfaction supporting SOD to access to the curriculum and life skills within a safe and successful learning environment.
SOD Teacher/Teaching Assistant
Teachers and Teaching Assistants prepare SOD for life, opening doors to knowledge and showing SOD possibilities, as well as having a direct and positive impact on their future lives. The roles offer high reward, watching SOD master situations and make connections with the world around them, knowing the integral part that can be played in the development and shaping of their future.
The roles encompass interaction and being part of a wider team, including parents, other teachers, specialists and a wide range of therapists.
Trainer/ Training Coordinator
As a Trainer/ Training Coordinator it would be recognised that all staff working with SOD need to be provided with the sound knowledge to enable SOD to have access to a range of opportunities they need to succeed in life.
As an experienced professional Trainer would be skilled in what they teach and how they teach it; looking to find ways to inspire attendees, to help them to understand and grasp different concepts, adapting training style to meet individual needs.
Working either face to face or supporting and developing staff can be hugely rewarding and an incredibly enjoyable. At Aspris, we pride ourselves that we are skilled in recruitment, supporting individuals to find their dream role.
