Farida Mukhtorova is a dedicated and people-focused HR Advisor at our Wellbeing Centres in the Middle East. She plays a key role in supporting the overall human resources function across the clinics, with a strong focus on employee wellbeing, recruitment, performance development, and compliance with UAE labour regulations. She is actively involved in driving internal HR initiatives, supporting career pathways, and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Outside of work, Farida enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time in nature. During holidays, she loves returning to her home country of Tajikistan to explore its breathtaking mountain landscapes.
