Neha is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Psychologist with more than eight years of experience in the mental health sector and has worked in New Zealand for five years. She specialises working with adults experiencing psychological concerns.

She has worked with the Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) Mental health services in New Zealand and managed her telehealth private practice. She is trained in assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties.

Neha has a deep personal commitment to mindfulness and self-compassion practices as pathways to increased well-being and flourishing of all her patients. She believes in genuine, warm and collaborative treatment approach, with the intent to help clients make enduring and enriching change in their lives.
