Neha is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with years of experience working in the mental health sector, including the Waitemata District Health Board (WDHB) mental health services in New Zealand and also managing her own private practice (Telehealth). Neha is trained in assessment and treatment of a broad range of mental health difficulties. Neha has a deep personal commitment to mindfulness and self-compassion practices as pathways to increased wellbeing and flourishing. She believes in a genuine, warm and collaborative treatment approach, with the intent to help clients make enduring and enriching change in their lives. Drawing from a range of evidence-based treatment strategies, Neha strives to help clients make sense of and adjust their thoughts, emotions and unhelpful patterns of behaviours.
